Hello pregnant women and moms! I don’t have to tell you that pregnancy is one of the most amazing times in your life.. or one of the worst (everyone is different). Something that can be hard for every pregnant woman is the weight gain. Of course it is needed to gain weight during a pregnancy (25-30 lbs) but more often than not, women are gaining a lot more than this normal amount. Not only is it important to try to stay around this normal amount, but this is something that can be an emotional thing as well. Being pregnant is a beautiful thing, but at the same time, it is hard not to just feel huge. A lot of pregnant women think they can’t or shouldn’t be working out during their pregnancy, but this is definitely not true. Working out during a pregnancy is very healthy for you and baby and should definitely be done! However, do not work out as if you were not pregnant! No running miles on end or using crazy weights. I found a couple of different workout guides that offer different workouts good to do during a pregnancy.
A lot of these workouts you will be able to do at home. Going to the gym while you are pregnant doesn’t always sound fun, or maybe it sounds liberating to you! Either way you could do these at home with no wights or do them at the gym with light weights!
